2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, email address and phone number when you book a consultation.
- Payment details, which you enter on our payment partner’s secure page. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Anything you choose to share before or during your consultation, such as your daily routine, lifestyle, health history or reports.
Information collected automatically
- Your device and browser type, IP address and approximate location.
- The pages you visit and how long you stay.
- The link or ad that brought you to the Website, including campaign tags.
This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
3. Cookies, the Meta Pixel and other tools
We use the following third-party tools on the Website:
- Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.). These help us measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, for example how many people visited this page or booked a consultation after seeing an ad. They also help us show our ads to relevant audiences.
- The Pixel uses cookies to collect the pages you view, actions you take (such as clicking “Book a Consultation” or completing a booking), your IP address and browser information.
- When you book, we may send Meta your email address or phone number in hashed (encrypted) form so Meta can match the booking to an ad.
- Meta handles this information under its own Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
- Wistia hosts the video on this page and may set cookies to play it and count views.
- Google Fonts supplies the Website’s fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers.
- [Instamojo], our payment partner, processes payments on its own secure page under its own privacy policy.
We never send health information you share with us, before, during or after a consultation, to Meta or any advertising partner.
Your choices: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also control how Meta uses information from websites to show you ads, under Ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Blocking cookies won’t stop you from booking a consultation.
4. How we use your information
- To schedule and hold your consultation, and to contact you about it.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To measure and improve our ads and the Website.

6. Who we share information with
