These Terms apply when you use vedavirility.com or book a consultation with Shree Vishwa Vajra, operating as SVayurved (“SVayurved”, “we”, “us”). By booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The service is a private, one-on-one video consultation with a member of SVayurved’s Ayurvedic practitioner team, led by Dr Jyoti Shinde. During the call you can learn about our approach to Ayurveda-inspired wellness, hear about the services we offer, and ask questions. The fee is ₹199 [inclusive of applicable taxes].
2. Not medical treatment or emergency care
The consultation gives Ayurveda-inspired wellness information.
- It does not diagnose or treat any medical condition.
- It does not guarantee any particular health outcome.
- It is not a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.
- Do not stop or change any prescribed treatment without speaking to your doctor.
This service is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 112 or go to your nearest hospital.
3. Who can book
You must be 18 or older, and the information you give us must be accurate.
4. Booking and payment
- You pay the fee through our payment partner before the consultation.
- After payment, we will contact you within [24 hours] by [WhatsApp / phone / email] to fix a time for your call.
5. Attending your consultation
- Please join on time, from a quiet place with a stable internet connection.
- We will wait [15] minutes after the start time.
- Rescheduling, missed calls and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
6. Other services
During the consultation, our team may tell you about paid programmes or products. Buying anything further is entirely optional and is never required. Each programme has its own price and terms, which we will share with you before you pay.
7. Recording and conduct
Neither you nor we will record the consultation without the other’s consent. We expect respectful conduct on both sides and may end a call if someone behaves abusively.
8. Client messages on the Website
Client messages shown on the Website are individual experiences, shared with permission. They are not promises, and results vary from person to person.
9. Our content
The text, images, videos and logo on the Website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
10. Third-party services
Payments, video hosting and video calls run through third-party providers under their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or errors on their side, but we will help you resolve any issue that affects your consultation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a consultation is limited to the fee you paid for that consultation. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
